I learned in this movie Hungry For Change that sugar is in everything that you eat or drink. its just there is two types of sugar,good sugar and bad sugar. it's just in fruits and vegetables there is good sugar(that's why there healthy). and in like donuts, pizza, cheeseburger's, bread, there is bad sugar(not to say there being bad) lol. there are some people who almost kill themselves because they eat fast foods and soda. it says in the movie that people try diets and always fail. that's how addicted sugar is.some people accomplish there diets.each american eats 22 teaspoons of sugar a day.
